Terms of Service

By visiting HakkFood, making a reservation, or using our website, you agree to these terms. They govern the relationship between you (the guest) and HakkFood restaurant. Please read them before booking.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations are accepted online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is accepted.
  • Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time before being released.
  • Group bookings of 8 or more may require a deposit to secure the reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be accepted without charge.
  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows for group bookings with a deposit may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
  • HakkFood reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. kitchen closure). We will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative date.

3. Allergen & Dietary Information

We take food allergies seriously and strive to accommodate dietary requirements. However:

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy, shellfish, and eggs. Cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.
  • Guests with severe allergies must inform staff at the time of booking and again on arrival.
  • Full allergen information is available on request from our team.
  • HakkFood cannot accept liability for adverse reactions where allergen information was not disclosed prior to ordering.

4. Conduct & Dress Code

  • We welcome guests of all backgrounds and expect all patrons to treat staff and fellow diners with respect.
  • Smart-casual dress is recommended for dinner service. Management reserves the right to decline entry if dress is deemed inappropriate.
  • HakkFood operates a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment or abusive behaviour directed at staff or guests.

5. Payment

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods.
  • All prices displayed on our menu include applicable taxes.
  • Gratuities are not included and are entirely at your discretion.

6. Photography & Social Media

  • Personal photography for social sharing is welcome — we love seeing your plates!
  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from HakkFood management.
  • Please be mindful of other guests' privacy when taking photographs in the dining room.

7. Website Use

  • All content on this website (text, images, menus) is the property of HakkFood and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • Menu items, prices, and opening hours are subject to change. The website reflects our best current information.
  • HakkFood is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on outdated website content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HakkFood's liability to any guest is limited to the value of the meal or service directly involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
